While waiting, customers can relax in our waiting area, read the press, enjoy coffee or tea, use wireless internet or play pinball. All these amenities are free of charge.


A few words about the quality of our services:


CAR AIR CONDITIONING


We follow manufacturers' procedures, including the correct vacuum time, the proper quality and quantity of compressor oil, the appropriate dose of UV tracer and the specified amount of refrigerant.


During an air-conditioning inspection, we add a UV tracer that makes it easier to detect leaks with a UV lamp. This is the Kaczor Serwis standard.


We use original refrigerants from reputable manufacturers, including DuPont and Honeywell.


For air-conditioning disinfection, we select modern methods that are safe for the vehicle's electronic components.


Disinfection methods:

  • An ozone generator removes unpleasant odours, fungi and mould from the ventilation system without liquid chemicals. This method is particularly suitable for allergy sufferers.
  • Ultrasonic disinfection combines a chemical preparation with an ultrasonic generator. The resulting mist reaches difficult areas of the air-conditioning system and helps remove fungi and mould.
  • We use preparations from reputable manufacturers.

TYRE SERVICE


When changing tyres, we take care not to damage alloy wheels or tyres. We machine-wash wheels using plastic granulate and water; if their shape prevents this, we clean them by hand.


We fit tyres using professional Bosch and Hofmann equipment.


After fitting, the wheels are balanced on a Hofmann Optima machine that uses three CCD cameras and three laser beams.


Every balanced wheel is checked in a water bath so that any leaks can be detected before it is refitted to the car.


We first fit the wheels by hand, then tighten them with a pneumatic wrench and finally verify the torque with a torque wrench.


At the end, we wipe the wheels clean. Removed tyres are packed in bags and placed in the car so that the customer does not need to carry them or soil the vehicle's interior.


The whole operation usually takes 30 to 40 minutes. During this time, the customer can relax in our waiting area.
